Thank you for choosing DialUp365 for your business listing and promotional needs. We strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for every user and business. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for any of our subscription plans or services.
1. Subscription Plans
DialUp365 offers both free and paid plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) to help businesses list and promote their services. Once a business subscribes to a paid plan, it gains access to certain benefits and premium features.
2. Cancellation Policy

Listing Cancellation:
You may request cancellation of your listing or service plan at any time by contacting our support team at support@dialup365.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9457581328. -
Cancellation Window:
To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be submitted within 3 days of the payment date. -
After 3 Days:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 3 calendar days of purchase, as we begin processing your business profile, listing distribution, and promotional assets immediately.
3. Refund Policy

Full Refund Eligibility:
If a cancellation request is received within 3 days of purchase and no listing or promotional activity has been initiated, a 100% refund will be issued. -
Partial Refund Eligibility:
If services such as listing activation, social media promotion, video creation, or website development have been partially completed, a pro-rated refund may be considered based on the work done. -
Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be granted for completed services.

Payments made for third-party integrations (like WhatsApp API or GMB setup) are non-refundable.

Misuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent listing information will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.

DialUp365 reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
